When I was younger I could remember the slogans from service providers being the most powerful statements and a testament to how great you could expect their service to be. The most popular service provider at the time was the post office and their slogan was literally "No matter rain, hail or snow we will deliver." I'm not so sure that is the same mindset of today's businesses offering services to the masses. I have started to identify a type of business practice that is being used where the customer becomes a victim of shady companies with irresponsible customer service that lacks real ethics. As a company, everyone should stand by their own business statement that was created went they decided to go into business. I'm sure your mission statement doesn't say, ah we'll see what we can do. In my opinion, some companies lose sight of the original idea once the business starts to expand. It shouldn't matter if you have 1 or 100 clients, you must be able to figure out a solution that can help everyone equally. We must as, business people, hold ourselves to a great standard in order to call ourselves service providers. We believe in offering the best level of service that we can provide for every customer.

We can help with almost anything. That also includes your party or event. Do you need someone to keep the soda cooler filled with ice or make sure the guest doesn't park on your lawn? We can even set up the decorations for your party, deliver and set up catering (restaurant of your choice), refresh your food and condiments as well as clean up at the end of your party.
We are also able to help with larger gatherings and special events. We are not security or the event planners we simply provide the service of running errands for everyone while they handle the job they were paid to do. We were recently hired to a major fighting tournament at a big arena and it was hard to get things around to other event workers. We ran tickets to coordinators, got water for people that couldn't leave their post, found lost keys, relayed messages, carried boxes, helped set up displays, ushered people to there seats, checked in VIP guest and collected contact information for all of the special guests. As you can see we can come in handy. We just run the errands you didn't plan on doing as well as the ones you just don't want to do.
